Hello, I am Laura, the creative heart behind The Bloom Barn Cheshire. I am so pleased you have found your way here.
A family tradition is to create together, bespoke floral arrangements for the wedding venue, for a a member of the family or friend’s wedding day. This love for flowers has blossomed whilst working with my mum in our gardening business J & L Gardening Services based in rural cheshire.
More recently, this passion for all things floral, has transcended into a multitude of bespoke workshops and weddings. It is always a pleasure to work with clients whose preference is diverse including: everything from seasonal blooms, to wildflowers to luxurious statement arrangements.
The inspiration behind my business comes from the delight of witnessing a bride’s reaction when her floral vision and weeks of planning comes to life. My passion lies in crafting arrangements that reflect the emotion of the day while showcasing the finest elements of nature.
My Floristry Style is championing timeless natural blooms through a bespoke service which values attention to detail.
I do not have just one favourite flower — my favourite changes with the seasons. In spring, I am drawn to the delicate layers of ranunculus, full of life and freshness after the winter. Summer brings the romance of tall, graceful delphiniums and the timeless beauty of garden roses, abundant and full of energy. As autumn arrives, I love the richness of amaranthus and the sculptural texture of thistles, capturing the warmth and depth of the harvest season. In winter, it is the calm elegance of eucalyptus and skimmia that inspires me, with their scent, structure, and berries bringing sophistication and festive charm. Each season has its own treasures, and I find joy in letting my favourites evolve with nature’s rhythm.
